Some of you may remember that I presented a TiCS opinion piece by Cavanagh et al. at a general journal club earlier this year. The authors proposed that perisaccadic remapping of the visual world takes place at the level of attention pointers, rather than detailed visual representations. This article has received some comments from prominent researchers in the field, that may be of interest to some of you.
